With the R.A. service you can monitor a server system, check in real time access and make software updates to prevent security breakdowns (service pack) and all those activities can be made from our offices, with the installing of a secure channel for data transmission (VPN).
Companies who subscribe a R.A. contract may, with a simple telephone call, talk with our technicians who can operate directly on their systems to check and solve problems.
